What do we do with returned goods?

Our warehouse team can handle all of your returned products and orders, we suggest a planned return process with our admin team that we can follow, this generally consists of of a selection of scenarios and how we process each scenario.
Example Goods damaged, may require us to photograph and dispose of the goods received?
Clothing that has been ordered incorrectly we may need to check it over to ensure that the product is fit for resale?

Our system auto generates RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Codes for all packages returned, so we can track the returns and ensure all packages are from who they say they are.
