UPDATE ** Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Storeship are currently operating a reduced service due to the worldwide Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic.

Our absolute priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees, advisors and all of their families as we all manage our way through these extraordinary circumstances

I want to reassure you that we are following closely the advice from the World Health Organisation and the government. We have introduced a wide variety of extensive measures to keep our customers and everyone in our head office, warehouses and offices as safe as possible.   

As the situation continues to evolve, please know that here at Storeship our team is doing everything possible, and an amazing job under very difficult circumstances, to maintain our service to you and all your customers.

We have reduced our customer support via tickets and email whilst we concentrate on shipping orders for our customers using reduced workstations for the safety of our staff, prioritising orders for medical or veterinary supplies. Currently we are shipping 99% of eligible orders on time within daily cut off times.

We are also keeping an close watch on our delivery and postal companies who have a massive impact on how we do business, their actions would be replicated across to us, at the moment it is business as usual although we will update as soon as any situation changes.

Signing for and receiving items

In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery. We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the latest coronavirus advice means we may not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.
Our Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am service remains unchanged; we still guarantee to deliver by 9am.
