Below we have some answers to our most frequently asked questions, please feel free to contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we do not currently have a minimum order limit to use our services.

What are your set up Fees?

We have a one off set up fee of £100 for all new customers, this is charged after 1 month of service with us, it gives you time to ensure that our service is right for you and you are 100% happy with our fulfillment service, this is to cover the cost of setting up the account and integrations, we can normally set up your account within one hour, we have no ongoing costs for our basic fulfilment service.

Do you have a minimum contract period?

No, we know ecommerce can be a variable market to be selling in so we do not tie any of our clients to a fixed term contract, you can come and go as you please, we even leave you on our system indefinately so if you depart and choose to come back in six months we have everything ready to go again.

Do you charge a fixed monthly fee?

No, you only pay for what we send, we charge a fee for the fulfilment of every order and this is the only charge for the fulfilment, you can upgrade to our Platinum package with has a fixed fee of £25 per week.

What charges are there?

Our customers pay a fixed fee per order for fulfilment, the only other charges are the postage cost, storage cost, ecommerce integration fee if required and the cost of any packaging used, thats it you wont get any hidden extras with our fulfilment service.

What are your storage costs?

Our storage costs vary depending on the amount you store, we charge per shelf or pallet space or part thereof used. .

How much is your fulfilment fee?

Our fulfilment fee is dependent upon how your order is packed, where it is going and other specific individual requirements, contact us for a quote, our fees are the lowest around and can start from as little as 50p per order.

How quickly do you send the orders?

During the day we process orders as we receive them up till 4pm for dispatch that day. If you have an urgent order just let us know and we will prioritise it for you, our platinum account holders can ship till 5.15pm.

How secure is your premises?

Our storage facility has a state of the art security system including 24/7 HD CCTV recording with offsite back up and a secure alarm system as well as a few hefty staff members, we are on 24 hour call out. We advise all of our clients to take out adequate insurance to cover their stock.

How do you handle returns?

Our return address is on all packages sent out, if they get returned we can either resend the item to your client or we can restock it back into our system for you, the choice is yours.

How can i check my stock?

All our clients have free access to our computerised stock control system, our system runs online so you can view from your laptop or mobile phone, as well as viewing all of your products and quantities in stock you can also view all stock changes including items sent out and deliveries in, everything we do is logged for your convenience. You can also set stock alerts up so when your product hits a certain level of stock we can email you to order some more, of course all this is free of charge to our fulfilment customers.

How do i know the status of an order?

Just log into your control panel and you can track all orders, as well as the status of the order e.g. shipped, processing etc you can also track the orders if sent by a trackable carrier service.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide, we can offer signed for, tracked and couriered deliveries anywhere in the world, International delivery incur a 20p additional charge to the fulfilment fee.

How do we send you our orders?

Our in house built software can automatically fetch most orders from your ecommerce store automatically, currently we support Cubecart, Magento, Shopify and Opencart. We also have feeds from Paypal, Ebay and Amazon to retrieve your orders, if we do not have your ecommerce system in place let us know and we will try and build an automated order grabber, alternatively you can send us a list of orders using an Excel spreadsheet that we can automatically read into our software. Automated delivery of orders to us costs £5 per month per feed.
